  Great experience even when something goes wrong. Ordered carbon interior pieces, one showed up cracked. The seller instantly got another one sent out and it showed up fast. Great communication and highly recommend this seller. Thank you.

  When I received the product, the tips were broken. I don't know how it occurred (packing it up, shipping, or mishandled by carrier). I contacted the seller, and they sent a replacement piece with no problem at all.

  Some pieces came great but others came destroyed, they refunded me at least but I wish they just did better packing so I get the items in good condition vs broken.

  Took awhile to get here but finally got to Baltimore all the way from china. Packaging was a little damaged but it was packed well so the item was not damaged
