  I am currently waiting on the arrival of a re-order of this product due to the first order not compliant with the advertised size. I'm not seeking a refund but just want the seller to send me exactly what I ordered. Obviously something is wrong when you order an item according to the description of the size and you receive something that is not as stated, it needs to be rectified before posting. I believe Australia Direct is a reputable seller but this situation is only a matter of inconvenience

  I contacted the seller because I got the wrong keyboard cover, it’s not compatible with my macbook. The seller was so nice and very approachable, they sent me a new keyboard cover at no extra cost. 10/10, would highly recommend!

  I was very happy with the quality and appearance of the laptop case. The colour was exactly as shown in the pics. The transparent keyboard protector did not fit the keyboard well and it made fast typing almost impossible. The seller was kind enough to send me a different protector, which fit so much better. I appreciated that the seller was keen to ensure I was happy with my purchase. Items arrived at the time indicated and in good condition. I would definitely recommend this seller.
