  Ordered 2 of these in separate transactions. Received one 5 weeks later. The second never arrived. Contacted the seller who hasn’t bothered to respond. No tracking provided. Have passed the situation to eBay to resolve in order to get a full refund. This seller in my opinion is best avoided!

  I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I want to clarify that both of your orders were shipped separately as per standard procedure. Unfortunately, delays with Australia Post are beyond my control, and I completely understand your frustration. Please note that I have responded to all messages within 24 hours and have already logged a case with Australia Post regarding the missing item. Regardless, I have also issued a full refund for the second item to ensure you’re not out of pocket.

  I had this sent directly to my friend as it was her daughters 18th bday I see from previous comments that box was always squashed but the seller looked to pack differently not this time around again designer box squashed it’s a shame as the boxes are important as the gift to teenagers especially a designer box. Gutted as these are normally sent as gifts do you might need to pack in boxes to protect better. I can’t see the gift as she hadn’t opened as yet as bday this weekend but I hope it ok

  Charged ~US$9 shipping for 2 HALF long Demo/NOT FOR SALE, since long disc lip pencils – surprise UNtracked. Ofc *never* arrived. Patient wait 1.5 mos until unequivocal $$ back ask. Nerve to ask for YET 1 week; "If … still no luck … will LOOK INTO OPTIONS for refund OR resend"?? Had to pry $$ back, still self-entitled: "… will give … refund FOR NOW". Listed as Last one. After, new "last one" listed -- then didn't exist. No shipping proof. Claims eBay auto listing at fault & didn't get. BEWARE

  Forgot: Due to the exchange rate now to my disadvantage after the waiting period, having gotten my payment back I'm now out of US4 too -- for NOTHING.
