    The item is good quality .Well packaged, good comms ...You need that special coffee cup then this is where to purchase from . . . The delivery delayed due to Royal Mail due to Xmas Period as they were not up to the role of delivering parcels efficiently over the Xmas period with the experience I had . . , Posted well in time to me from Auntie Morags to Royal Mail who had the item at their depot within 48 hours of me purchasing it ..     Sadly the wrong mug was sent but a refund was sorted very quickly and I was able to keep the mug, the mug is a good quality print and packaged well. I would definitely use this seller again.
