  It's not about the mistake one made, but it's more about how one went above and beyond to correct the mistake. We all make mistakes all the time, and I was very happy how this seller handled the situation. She mistakenly sent me the wrong pair of shoes, and I contacted her explaining the situation. She promised to make it right, and she did. Returned and refund were very easy to do, and I was contacted immediately when the correct shoes were ready for me to buy at a discounted price.
