  The service was exceptional. Good communication fast transaction and so much quicker and less expensive than dealing with USA sellers. Sadly the item was broken in transit and I don't think sufficient attention was provided given the fragility of a glass radio valve. The credit was immediate and I would happily deal with them again if only the packaging was better so it did not get broken in transit.
