  Outstanding eBay seller, good communications, very accurate and well documented description, great custom packaging, and immediate shipment - although the delivery itself was delayed a couple of days due to a snowstorm. The Tektronix Type 130 L/C Meter is in great used condition and was well protected during shipment by the carefully fitted custom packaging.   All received as in the picture and well packaged. However a tube’s heater wouldn’t work. Received two replacements later. Awesome seller that really makes sure buyers are happy. Really appreciate the interaction and communication! An asset to eBay and highly recommend.
