    There were 3 of these on ebay, but only this seller put in a new battery. Shipping was fast, packaging was excellent, it was as described and because it is working, a great value, and will make a dandy birthday gift for a friend who sews a lot. Thanks for going the extra mile and installing the battery!

    The Vendor let me know that one item in my order was damaged and gave me the option to remove it and get a refund or purchase at a discounted price. That was very honest and I appreciated it that I wasn't trying to return a damaged item . The items came very carefully packed and were in great condition. I would purchase again from this vendor in a second. I wish shipping could have been less, but that is totally out of the vendors control. All in all a great experience
