    My purchase was of an old book from 1943. The seller was very conscientious in double wrapping it in foam to insure an old book was not harmed in shipping.

    As soon as i opened the box the club was broke in two. I contacted those slugs at atoz_kc and they said, " We shipped it, take it up with Fed Ex." Fed Ex is an agent of theirs, i didn;t hire them , I shouldn;t have to contact them.

    That is not what happened at all! You have just confirmed that you are completely dishonest! How does a METAL golf club end up broken in half when I HAVE PICTURES FROM FEDEX WHEN THEY LEFT THE PACKAGE ON YOUR DOORSTEP! The package is not creased of damaged at all. I asked you to take pictures for a potential damage claim and you claimed to be "an old man that doesn't know how to work the Internet." I also said that FedEx would probably to see the item when the damage claim is opened. SHAMEFUL!
