  Communication with the seller was excellent!! The seller went out of their way to look into an issue with FedEx- late on pickip of the package from drop off location. The Dream Room was MUCH BETTER than described and NO ODORs! WOW!!! Packaging to protect the expensive, delicate item was EXCELLENT!! it made a long trip to me without damage even with all the snow and rain we've had!! FANTASTIC seller!! Highly recommend and would buy from this seller again!! THANK YOU!!

  The interaction with the seller was positive. The seller is understanding & kind. The item arrived intact. I'm very pleased with the seller. I do have a big beef with eBay itself--the shipping cost is steep. The shipping time is very slow. The purchase was on March 18 & the parcel arrived April 9th. eBay should have a separate evaluation of itself!! It's impossible to figure out how to complain. All one gets is very basic super moronic AI online which goes around in circles. Grrr!!!

  I received this completed outfit today and was just SO happy with the condition of every piece - it was better than described! The seller packaged it very carefully so nothing would be broken or lost during the shipping which it tolerated well. This hard to find completed outfit adds huge value to my personal collection.   Item description was incomplete which required a return and refund for the article. Seller refunded the purchase price after my concerns were addressed. Good communications. Refund was returned in a timely manner. Although the purchase didn’t go as planned, I would still recommend this seller to everyone as she worked to correct the issue in a timely manner.
