  Shipping fast; packaging beyond excessive—the box, which was about 12”x12”x9”, could have fit maybe 16 of these tiny items. Perhaps the seller was concerned about porcelain items being broken in crushed boxes—which certainly can occur—but I have never before received such a small item in such a comparatively huge box! Item as described: cute little salt-sellers measuring about 2.5”x2.5”x1” (estimate)…quadruple-wrapped in bubble wrap with liberal tape. They arrived intact, beautiful!

  I appreciate your keen observation on packaging dimensions. While it may seem excessive, I prioritize safe delivery over space efficiency. I used a standard USPS Priority box to reduce shipping costs and to assure it would reach you quickly which most of my clients appreciate. In the end, intact and beautiful seems like the right outcome!"
