    Item as described, although no mention that power supply was supplied or not (it wasn't), so had to buy one once the mini PC arrived and I was aware. Included a component test certified sheet (appreciated), and came with Windows 11 preinstalled, you decide if that's good or not. Very well packed, with bubble wrap and in the correct sized box for safe transit, and postage as reasonably priced and arrived next working day via DPD. Good professional seller, would happily deal with again.

    Fantastic, next day delivery by courier, packaged extremely well, you get a full diagnostics check list and the laptop itself is in great condition and as described, great value, ok I am fixing some things and replacing some parts but this one should turn out nicely, it has a lovely screen. First class seller will be back for more. Oh and the laptop has been cleaned up and not just chucked in a box all dusty etc... it is the little things that matter. Excellent service 5*
