  Although I never received the item due to a delivery error by Fedex, the communication was almost instant when I addressed my concern about the item not being delivered. I will most certainly buy again with the hopes there's not another delivery gaffe. I appreciate the communication and understanding from a seller perspective as they not only lost a sale but also an item. Thank you for taking care of your customer!

  The seller had a fire at their warehouse and had to ship all of their products going out, to another facility so they can be prepared to be shipped to the customers. This seller was kind enough to explain this to me and assure me things were on the way. I appreciate this seller transparency.

  Took over a month to receive but that was a possibility the seller communicated to me. Unfortunately, someone took them when they were delivered to my home. I was disappointed that I lost my money but I order another pair, which was delivered in a week and my granddaughter was thrilled. Item was new and as described. Thanks

  Ordered Bose earbuds and within maybe an hour of ordering them since i thought the price for these Bose earbuds led me to consider that the couldn't possibly be legit yet my request was rejected so I just accepted that and have been waiting at least a month with no sign of them and they say they were shipped but have no tracking but everything has tracking so I think they could be scammers which is very upsetting I thought eBay vetted their sellers at least some. I'll fix this comment if fixed
