  I cannot begin to tell you how fantastic a service has been provided to me by Kris. He went above and beyond to resolve my issue and even taught me how to check certain things for myself as I am mechanically and technically inept. He is my hero, a credit to eBay. The quality of his work is beyond repute, my item was sent back in perfect condition, the price he charged was extremely fair. IF your BCM has an issue, he is the guy to conatct.
