  BUYERS BE CAREFUL, this was the rudest seller i have ever dealt with! Battery was junk would not charge above 11.4 volts. seller would not respond i had to open a case just for communication then tried to say i had used it and i cannot return it. was never used bc it was no good. I tossed it with other junk batteries and took the loss just so i never have to deal with this Extremely RUDE disrespectful seller again. I hate to have to leave negative feedback for anyone, but this one got the award.

  It's been two weeks since it was delivered. But you haven't used it? If you discard it, I'll give you a refund. However, please cut the battery terminals (+ and -) and send me a photo(seller :waiting).My offer is considered rejected, and I will accept your return. I will inspect the returned item and issue a refund.(seller:return label send) Batteries are expensive to ship due to their weight. Sellers usually don't accept returns and only offer refunds, so buyers receive batteries free
