  While the backsplash arrived broken, the seller was very prompt to address the situation and resolve the issue. Perhaps packaging could have been better, but ultimately I understand shipping can be an unknown and I would certainly order from them again.

  One of the items came broken both of them were not properly packed. They were just put with eBay tape and shipped in the regular boxes. No padding and not even a fragile written on the boxes. I have tried to contact the vendor two times no response don’t buy from this vendor.
