  Items shipped quickly and packaging was secure - no breakage and obviously a time consuming packing process. Items arrived as described and honestly looked better than the items as pictured. Was able to get a few glasses of my 'wedding' crystal about 30 years later so priceless value!! Would definitely purchase from this seller again.

  Bad package Did try to reach seller, but after 10 days and no reply, I am it happy. Pretty nice wrapping , but box so soft so 3 mugs broken really bad. And no reply yet, soon two weeks. So if shipping , please the outer box need to be good and the wrapping between was also very limited. So item description can’t be nice and post cost is not ok when broken and no communication.

  Unfortunately the base was not packed good enough and was badly damaged during shipping. It came broken in many pieces. The postal carrier just leaves all my packages at the side of my house and does not ring my doorbell so they are gone by the time I got this package. The box the shipper used was not thick walled enough so the sides of the box gave in quite a bit and this may have caused the damage. I am currently trying to contact the seller to see how they want to remedy this.
