  Lovely communication. Very professional. I ordered something from the UK to be shipped to AU. Due to the nature of the item, there was a possibility that it could have been dented or the glass could have shattered during shipping. I took a risk. It was very well packed for long distance postage. Item arrived in mint condition. I have also tested the item and it works wonderfully. It looks exactly has displayed in images. Very very happy!
