  This seller went above and beyond. The first alternator we received was broken along with a punctured, full of holes box (FedEx). Within 2/3 days of contacting EBay, the seller responded and another was in the mail. Will be more than happy to recommend this company to friends and family.

  The starter arrived ahead of time in perfect condition. The packaging was first class, bubble wrapped then in a custom molded Polystyrene container finally in a heavy duty cardboard box. I was very impressed. I haven’t had time to install it yet but looking at the test results it came with it should be good.
