  The sleeves arrived safely packed in bubble wrap in a padded packet and were brand new exactly as described. The seller was very polite and kept me updated on my order status as it progressed. Shipping was swift and the sleeves arrived within 10 days of dispatch.   When I got my order I accidentally recieved the wrong Plush. I had ordered a Mankey Plush, but got a Primeape Plush instead. I contacted the seller about this and they said I could keep the Primeape Plush and that they would still sent out the Mankey Plush aswell. Today I recieved the correct Mankey Plush and he arrived perfectly. Both of the plushes were packaged very well. I definitely recommend this seller if you need anything Pokémon related!
