  I ordered two frames and they were delivered by FedEx ground with no issues. The frames were packaged really well, no damage and matted perfectly for my sheet of 16 Two dollar bills

  Terrible quality of shipping. The seller has multiple of the same frames and leads me to believe that the day chose the worst antique frame to ship to me. Or they’re just careless and decided to not provide any foam bubble or proper packaging for an antique delicate frame, resulting in it being damaged. I requested a partial refund for restoration that they denied. I’ve now asked for a full refund since it is damaged. Be careful if you’re purchasing from the seller.

  Buyer ask for partial refund, I can only offered exchange because this is antique frame not something you can bring to frame shop and touch up.

  Do NOT purchase from this vendor if you are expecting new frames. My two frames arrived w 2 issues; 1) the paint is damaged/rubbed off on every side of the frame, as if they shipped it before it was dry, 2) the frame is literally coming apart. I sent them photos and requested a return. After several days, they responded - very short messages w zero concern or remorse - that they would send me paint for me to touch up & clips! So I had to fix & paint a brand new frame myself - horrible service.

  Wow! Great frame for a very reasonable price and very quick shipping! I will definitely be using this seller more for future art I create
