The seller provided the items in the handling time allotted which was longer than average, but that's because they hand craft their specialty terrain. It was well worth the wait! They packed it all well & always replied quickly. A+

The terrain was very well packaged with no damage at all during transit. I want to like this more but this isn't exactly what i thought i was ordering so i am a little disappointed. Not sure why the paintjob was off as I use the same techniques and colors. As for the handling time, I do list that it takes around 3 weeks to process the orders due to the handmade nature of the items. Regardless, I do appreciate the feedback. Thanks!
