  Had to reach out three times before a response of "Oh, we are getting it out today." That was two days ago, and the item has still not been received at the post office. I actually read the other negative reviews that stated this would happen and thought to myself, those people must just have been unlucky. Well, I should have listened to those reviews because they were correct. They will take your money, not ship the item, and leave you to fight for your money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

  The first one I received had a broken frame; I cannot begin to express my gratitude about not having to send that back to prove it. That is such a headache and hassle I was saved from; I would highly recommend this seller. Communication and service were a breeze; and it's absolutely beautiful; I love it. We couldn't decide between stary night or the great wave; either one seemed so cliche; and lo and behold we found a comprise for our living room wall which in some ways outshines it's parents!
