  Very helpful seller - there was a problem with my delivery, but absolutely no fault of the seller, who came straight back to me, and did their level best to sort the issue. In the end, it was the parcel courier who claimed to have delivered, but actually didn't deliver until 6 days later! The seller kept in close touch, couldn't have reasonably done more to help and sort the issue. Highly recommended seller.

  Arrived as stated on the date. Extremely well packaged, the bag was even in a white bag along with the silica sachets. Its a perfect size, plenty of zipped compartments which I wanted, also a strong lining, material is a lovely and soft leather, a great size strap, to use as a shoulder or a crossbody bag.   Great product. Seller posted it very quickly, but was held up by Royal Mail for some reason. Seller answered each query of mine very quickly and got the matter sorted. Would have no concerns with buying from them again
