  I was skeptic at first because dispatch took a bit but seller provided communication to reassure me on the progress of the armour. Once dispatched, delivery was quick via DHL. Everything arrived as pictured !! I would say worth the money! I brought as a gift for my partner so not entirely sure on the fit and moment with the armour on yet but I would recommend this seller 😊👏

  Ordered a grey heart urn and was sent very dark blue that looks black. Took forever to reply and just simply asked for me to keep it. Explained that i did not want this one due to colour but very poor customer service. I should not have to pay to send an item back that i did not order. Will not use again.

  The item looks slightly different from the image (the organic looking ridges are slightly less pronounced) but it's still a very attractive piece. The item arrived slighly early and the seller responded quickly to my communications. I'm very happy with the overall product and experience.

  I was really excited to receive this, but firstly, it took forever to just ship. On top of that, they changed my tracking number 3 different times. And now, I’m still waiting for it far past its projected arrival date. Not sure if I’m even going to get it at this point. I will not be ordering in the future. I’ve tried to reach out for explanations about the tracking changes and they are just not responding now.

  The time came packaged very well and the appearance and quality was exceptional, the overall condition was just as noted, new and no damages. I feel the value was spot on and will look to buy a second one in the near future
