  Never received my order. I asked for another one to be sent out ASAP. They emailed me and said it would be sent out that day. Tracking showed it was 2 days later before the USPS received the package. That was July 21st. It is now July 26th and no package. Unacceptable. I tried calling several times no one answers. I will be asking for a refund if my order is not here today!! As of 5:50pm no package. Tracking shows in transit. I would give this company negative stars.

  A+, usps lost my shipment, seller was going to refund. It was delivered 3 weeks after shipping. No fault of seller. Thought they handled situation properly. Will buy from again.

  Sellers add clearly states this will fit my John Deere 3020. Not only did seller send the wrong pump for my 3020 it was damaged upon arrival. I sent pictures of the damage to the pump to seller along with pictures of the damaged shipping box. Seller wants to charge me 80 some dollars return shipping plus a restocking fee. This can't be right. I have already ordered the pump that is correct from a more reputable dealer. I have had no luck trying to get a response from Arko Tractor Parts about th
