  This item arrived new in a wrapper from Japan. I ordered this after the new tariff policy was started so it took a little longer to get to my home than it probably wrapper have without those in place. The item was not higher proceed though. The Seller kept me apprised of when the item would arrive with frequent email updates. 5 Stars all around

  Good communication up front. Shipping took 10 business days due to an illness. I would not have bothered them so much if I had knew that. Radio arrived in 3 days after it was shipped. Even coming thru customs and on FedEx. I would buy from them again and recommend them.

  The quality is fantastic and arrived brand new. The shakuhachi's appearance is beautiful in black with red accents. I think this is great value for someone looking to learn the Shakuhachi as a meditative hobby. ~ A note on the seller ~ This seller offers the best customer service I've ever experienced with them asking how to send the package and it arrived 3 months earlier than listed. The seller even continued to check in if I had receive the item and it's condition. Fantastic people, 5 stars!!
