  Diabolical service. I ordered 2 rugs. 2.5 wks later (International shipping) 1 arrived. Messaged seller & they responded only with a #. No comment in the msg-only with a # (found out it was a tracking #). 3 wks later, 2 wrong coloured rugs arrived. Messaged & asked for *priority* shopping only, & apology. Seller replied with a tracking # - yet again no accompanying message. I reported them to eBay & requested a full refund. Atrocious quality control & service attitude. *Avoid this seller!!!*

  Post office did not deliver item. Seller received item back on 10/31/24. Promised to resend. It has been 20 days. Seller has still not sent item. They gave me a false tracking number. When I questioned it, they created a USPS tracking number. But never sent the item to USPS. I want a refund. I will never buy from this seller again

  ordered seventeen days ago. said shipped untracked. never arrived. now it has a tracking number, AFTER I opened a case, but three days later , not shipped. suspect drop shipper but I would NOT trust if I were you.
