  BE WARY! Paid $32 for a Joby PodZilla tripod , as described and pictured in the listing. Seller next day bought a $15 el-cheapo tripod off Amazon and had Amazon ship it to me. Seller never actually had the item in stock! Eventually, seller sent me a JPG of the Amazon return label for me to take to the UPS store, and then had me provide proof that the package arrived before issuing a full refund. To his credit, seller did eventually provide a full refund. But this was a complete waste of time!

  The drum bag I ordered was too large. I was prepared to re-order a smaller size or ask for credit towards some other purchase. I was offered a refund instead. From the start, Ariel Jeman's greeting was professional and welcoming! This was truly the type of response that earmarks a business that cares about the utmost in good customer service.
