  Been buying from this seller for years and never had a bad experience yet! They sell quality items at amazing prices,my only complaint is they're selling out of certain items,but that just shows how popular they are! Packaging perfect and delivery is super swift. Great communication and very friendly and helpful too

  The seller clearly stated 'buy 2 and get 3'. We bought 2 and got 2. When we pointed this out to the seller, they stated that we should have ordered 3. We asked for the free 3rd torch to be sent out only for the seller to reaffirm that we should have ordered 3. The easiest outcome would have been to send out 3 initially, or to send out the 3rd when requested. To be fair I should have read the feedback, which has many negative reports. A classic example of a seller trying hard to get it wrong...

  I am giving you positive feedback, as Deserved. Although not your fault you Issued swift refund.Delivery man, is problem from this company. He has been known to throw parcels in bushes, neighbours either side will not take in his parcels in anymore, because of his attitude, loud banging on my block, shouting, and general anti-social behaviour. I have reported him to his employment, however nothing has changed. On this occasion, He said he delivered it down the road and is now missing.

  Nice torch but description and customer service leave MUCH to be desired. There was a problem with delivery being mislaid that received a patronising response. The item came without batteries (listing says with 3 batteries). Another patronising response received after which my messages regarding the mislaid parcel were completely ignored by the seller and I had to find it myself (tracking help says the seller needs to make such enquiries which made my task difficult).

  The seller sent the wrong item and asked me to pay for the return before they would refund me or replace the item. The item cost was £3.49, including postage. Message responses were rude and unhelpful. They stated it would be a big loss to their company as if it was my problem. Avoid purchasing from them.
