  Been buying from this seller for years and never had a bad experience yet! They sell quality items at amazing prices,my only complaint is they're selling out of certain items,but that just shows how popular they are! Packaging perfect and delivery is super swift. Great communication and very friendly and helpful too

  The seller clearly stated 'buy 2 and get 3'. We bought 2 and got 2. When we pointed this out to the seller, they stated that we should have ordered 3. We asked for the free 3rd torch to be sent out only for the seller to reaffirm that we should have ordered 3. The easiest outcome would have been to send out 3 initially, or to send out the 3rd when requested. To be fair I should have read the feedback, which has many negative reports. A classic example of a seller trying hard to get it wrong...

  seller sent wrong item, I advised them of wrong item sent, so they said I could keep the item and they would give me a partial refund, I said no to partial refund and wanted my original order as I did not like the items I was sent, I said that they had more than 10 of the correct items and could they send the correct items to me, they have refused saying it was their policy for me to refund the item before a refund and replacement, contradicting what I had already been told, dont buy.

  Nice torch but description and customer service leave MUCH to be desired. There was a problem with delivery being mislaid that received a patronising response. The item came without batteries (listing says with 3 batteries). Another patronising response received after which my messages regarding the mislaid parcel were completely ignored by the seller and I had to find it myself (tracking help says the seller needs to make such enquiries which made my task difficult).

  unfortunately this never arrived lost in the post but the seller was quick of the mark to put thinks to right and a refund was awarded i would highly recommend this seller and use again
