  Very poor experience.. my parcel was held in customs due to the seller not providing an invoice for customs to assess the value of the parcel. It was then returned back to the seller. I had tried communicating this to the seller and asking that I be refunded by the seller numerous times and had no reply back.. I have had to open cases with eBay and got my money back on this item but not as of yet the other two items that were in the same box.. very poor.

  Product came in good condition, however when trying to register the warranty, I learned the manufacturer would not honor it because it came from Ebay. Had I know this I would have purchased elsewhere. This should be disclosed in the listing
