  My package was shipped immediately and was packaged very well! However, USPS somehow managed to find a way to cause some slight damage to the item. I reached out to the seller and they were super helpful in getting it resolved. I highly recommend this seller and would definitely buy from them again.

  Items was in original box which the seller put inside another box with foam padding, ensuring it would arrive in good condition, which it did. Seller was prompt to ship the item, although the item took a very long time to get here, more than a week later than first predicted but this was not fault of the seller. Item was exactly as described. It was in brand new condition. I tested it this morning and it performed perfectly. $110 less than brand new was a GREAT value!

  Item as described and working perfectly after numerous pots brewed. Noticeable care was taken to protect item during shipping as package was very well insulated. Very happy with purchase and saved considerable expense vs. new (or even refurbished). Wouldn't hesitate to purchase from seller again.

  Item exactly as described, received within shipping timeframe, every effort was made to package large item well while keeping shipping costs reasonable. It DID arrive with a huge gash through both layers of packaging which fortunately, did NOT extend to the beautiful quilt. Great seller, would definitely purchase from again. Thank you!

  Experience overall was nuetral. Not much room for negotiations. I tried negotiating & seller said they'd take $200 or will be raising the price to $299. Seller did sell for I think it was $30 less than the original listing. That's probably to be expected on Ebay, hence nuetral. Other than that, the item showed up fairly quickly & was exactly as described. My son's face lit up when he saw it so I guess it was worth it. Seller was fast to respond to messages which is appreciated!
