  The seller was very informative. The product came in great brand new condition. Just as you see it in the photos. It took a little longer to reach but came in at a good time. It's a soft plush so the regular envelope it came in was good. Price could be better but all in all good. I highly recommend this seller for future purchases. Items are packaged well and are in good condition.

  I didn't quite get what I ordered but the seller and I worked things out and everything turned out good. I will say at least they didn't just cancel the order on me and instead worked something out with me. I can't tell you how many times orders have been canceled and that is so frustrating. I would definitely buy from this seller in the future. Thanks for everything you did I definitely appreciate it. 😃😃

  Never received the item. After waiting a week I contacted the seller asking when and if they were going to ship the cuisinart coffee center. They replied by creating a shipping label. The next day nothing further had happened, so again I contacted the seller asking if they were going to ship the item, they replied by canceling the order, so after 8 days of waiting for the item to ship, they cancelled the order stating it was cancelled by the customer.

  Item shipped fast and was packed well. great communication. There was an issue with the item It did not work as described. The seller was quick to respond and refund money. Buying used electronics on eBay can be hit or miss so it’s nice when a seller takes full responsibility and refunds the money without any issues.

  Shipped fast enough, arrived on time, product was not brand new as advertised but in great condition. The box has been opened even though advertised as new and it was slightly dirty with worn foot pads. Not new. The keyboard works as new though and I decided to keep it but I'm put off by the false advertisement.
