  The item was delivered broken. Probably due to the poor packaging in transit from China. May be purchased from there at 1/4 the price. The seller did eventually refund after not sending a return label after saying they would. I had to open a return case through eBay. A positve is deserved because the seller did do the right thing.

  Initially, the wrong lead was sent. I messaged the seller and he very quickly responded and sent the correct lead. The transaction took a little longer than I had expected, but it's worked out OK.
