  The Blu-ray complete set of Urusei Yatsura (2022-2024) arrived very well protected and shipped very quickly. The packaging was excellent and arrived in only a few days. The extras look beautiful as well and the set is as described. I'll be sure to take excellent care of this blu-ray set and cherish it with the rest of my Urusei Yatsura collection.   The seller packaged the tie pins and cufflinks very nicely, and the package arrived undamaged. Products are used, as described and pictured, but in good shape nonetheless. Definitely a great value item, and a good seller.

  The seller provides incredibly poor customer service, they do not respond to messages in either language, I finally got one response after two weeks. They took too much time to send the item, they did not add the tracking info or provide it when repeatedly asked, and the watch was not working well when it arrived which was not described. And of course they have completely ignored my messages about that also. I give up.
