  Item arrived in perfect condition. Seller notified me almost instantly about missing some original packaging and I said that was OK. Item was wrapped in bubble wrap inside its original box, and the box was double-wrapped in bubble wrap. Very secure. I would purchase from this seller again. Great condition/quality for the price, and arrived much earlier than expected from overseas to mainland US.

  Seller was on spot with communication. Item was as expected in the pictures; no damages at all. Package was sent to me 8 days earlier than expected which is a plus point for me and the package was well packed. ( DHL was the shipping company used by seller). Over all, I am very happy about the transaction and how everything went so smoothly.

  GREAT SELLER!! Fast shipping and great packaging. The PC Engine game I purchased looks and plays perfectly. Seller gives tracking numbers and I didn't have to sign for it.   The item was as good as described if not better. I could not have asked for better quality on a pre-owned product, basically like new, just no wrappers to deal with. Also, the sellers communication was good in confirmation of my address to make sure it was up to date, I appreciate that. The shipping was very fast considering it had to come from Japan all the way to the middle of no where in the Midwest via FedEx. Overall, great job on product description and shipping. :)

  Seller "accidently" sent the wrong item. He eventually issued a refund, but never asked that I return it. I am still waiting for any communication from the seller to say if they would like the item returned. Overall, I am sad I didn't get the item I ordered, but I did get my money back and I am happy.
