  Excellent item exactly as described assembled and working within an hour had a small problem with the touch screen and after contacting customer support was asked to give it a few days to see if it sorted itself out after 2 weeks of virtually constant use the problem was still there so contacted customer support again and thy dispatched a new screen to me with no problem which arrived a week later from China. Highly recommend the seller and the item. Well done A+++++

  Great seller, at first they had a problem with the colour I wanted so they sent me a kg of a different colour and the communication has been incredible, and today I received the 3 original colour I had ordered and they were true to their word, so I definitely won’t hesitate to buy from them again, 5***** customer service 😉👍

  Item was as described. Brand new and well packaged. Price was better than through direct website. The only downside was an incorrect shipping estimate. Yes it shipped on the day it said it would, but the actual arrival time was 5-7 days later. Still worth it and would order again from here if I was in need of another.

  Seller informed me Item had to be split over two packages due to weight. There was a long delay from receiving the free filament to receiving the actual printer. I was concerned due to the fact that the printer had shipped first???. All that aside, I live in the isle of man and both items did arrive very well packaged with no damage. I am more than pleased with the product and would highly recommend this seller to others. Thank you ++**5**++

  While this order did not go off as planned (seller did not read terms of offer and so executed sale outside of terms I had requested) they did make this right in terms of taking back the unit but not without intervention on my side and lots of going back and forth. They did ship the machine quickly but again not in terms of my offer to them and kept up good communication through the process.
