  just as described arrived well packed. looks like new a quality good price. had a problem with the unit emailed the seller, they replied within a hour and dispached a new piece arrived within 24 hours. with no quibble a great seller to do buisness with. will buy from again with no worry. they have been in constant comunication regarding the issue and how it was going to be sorted A++++++

  AMAZING I was a bit hesitant at first just incase something important was missing but anycubics amazing customer team messaged straight back assuring me it will be a working printer and will get after sales support. So it arrived 48hours after ordering and I couldn't believe how good quality it was brand new never been set up out the box before and not 1 part missing amazing value for money and the only company I will use for my printers. I bout a used but refurbished printer off them and it arrived as described and have continued to provide support beyond the sale . The printer is working and they have answered every question quickly and informatively

  This printer was late arriving due to the severe snow and ice, but this company were great to deal with, very helpful and polite, they even offered me either another printer or a refund if it hadn't arrived by Monday, thankfully it arrived Saturday afternoon, We were expecting it to be used as it was repaired, what joy when we saw it was like brand new and the only thing missing was a spare nozzle. It prints perfectly and my wife is so pleased with it, I will be buying another one soon.

  I bought one of the repaired Anycubic Kobra 3 Combo’s and it seemed as if it was new. It was packaged very well. The setup was easy. It seems like an amazing value so far. I did have to ask the seller a question and they were very fast to respond.
