  Item arrived broken, box crushed. Not the Seller's fault. I contacted them, sent pics, got a free return label and fast refund. They even tried to find another part. No luck. Very helpful. Great communication. HONORABLE.

  Item was very well packaged for shipping. Was in excellent condition, good quality, great value. Unfortunately eBay got it wrong and it did not fit my vehicle. Seller was very understanding and tried to find the right one in his stock but I returned this one without issues. Thanks to the seller who made it extremely easy. I would definitely do business again.

  I received this very fast. It was in great condition. Great price as well. It looked practically new. However, I ended up not needing it. Before it arrived, I was notified that it was not the issue to correct my problem. The return process was very simple and easy. I will definitely check with this seller in the future!

  Well the shipping time was not the seller’s fault the post office shipped it to at least two different places it didn’t need to go. I have a aftermarket radio in this truck and I couldn’t get the oem radio to hook up right without blowing fuses. I didn’t want to mess with it anymore and the seller was very understanding and said that I could ship it back. Very good people to work with.
