Not so helpful pre-written responses and wrong info as it actually comes from Georgia, not several warehouses across the country nor manfucter as stated in some of the response. Stressful and slow shipping (takes over 8-10 days to ship for the money spent and 200 plus sold (1 million plus in profit on this) by seller! Everything was perfect from start to finish, great products as well! Would do business again.

  Overall happy with the service. It said may come without original packaging and it did. Kind of disappointing but it was in the description. From what I could tell it was indeed new, though it had a few light marks on it. Packaging of the console was decent but felt like it could have been more protective since the console was only partly bubble wrapped, and balled up paper was used to fill the empty box space. But it’s been working great for 1 week+, so no real complaints.

  DO NOT BUY.yall know how they handle stuff in shipping, it needs bubble wrap . also don't know why it came in a brown box when it was advertised as open box , it's clearly not new either . scratch marks on the controller and orange scuff marks on ps5 plates that also came taken apart from bad handling. I have a full video of the moment I opened the box. the joysticks are messed up on the controller from being pushed against the box. completely unprofessional and piss poor for false advertise.

  The Microsoft Surface 11 is very nice and is performing as expected. The only difficulty was FedEx Shipping which is very unreliable in Kansas presently. The computer was new as advertised. I found this to be the least expensive of any that I could find in my research. The appearance was great. There was a tear in the outer shipping box from FedEx, however the internal contents were not damaged. FedEx was contacted by the Merchant and this seemed to be the only method to get the package.

  Very fast shipping, item arrived in perfect new condition as described. Had to reorder this item as it was a birthday gift for my child and I previously purchased from a bad seller who never shipped the item or responded to requests for info. Would definitely recommend this seller and purchase from again, top notch.
