  Excellent seller. Great communication, received the item a couple of days early and it's exactly as described. So far things are working okay. The modem/router seems to fluctuate wildly but I don't know if it's T-Mobile or my location or the equipment. I have no doubt that if it's a problem with the equipment, the seller will make it right.

  I got my sim card and put it in my hot spot it would work so I sent a message to seller he messaged me back in a matter of minutes told me to factory reset it and now it works good A++ Seller
