  Great seller. The Orbi was set up and ready to go, just as promised. It came in quickly and my service now is as good or better than my cable internet, and at less than half the price. Even better, this seller is proactive in communications and actually answers questions.

  Excellent seller. Great communication, received the item a couple of days early and it's exactly as described. So far things are working okay. The modem/router seems to fluctuate wildly but I don't know if it's T-Mobile or my location or the equipment. I have no doubt that if it's a problem with the equipment, the seller will make it right.

  Programmed SIM works fine with M3000 device, providing access to T-Mobile network. Testing data limits, warning message received at 50 GB but no apparent decrease in connection speed. Great communication with seller, answered all questions almost immediately. A bit overpacked since it was only a SIM, but it arrived in good shape and on time. Easy and simple transaction.
