  Customer service is A1! Fast response and accommodation was perfect. I needed this item before my flight on Sunday and the seller gave me a couple options, I decided to go with the overnight delivery and it arrived before noon next day. It’s pretty much brand new! No defects most things still in original packaging and some with packaging sticker still on it. I am super happy with the item and thankful for the smooth buy.   Excellent experience. Price was great. Ordered in the morning and it arrived the next day. Item was is mint condition and brand new. I was able to purchase and activate the DJI refresh care plan. Came with everything except the original box which was noted in the description. Item arrived in the carrying bag in bubble wrap to avoid damage. Appearance of the item was accurate in the photos posted in the ad. Quality product and would order from this seller again.
