  Item arrived within 4 days after ordering and was in fact new as described, with no damage anywhere. Not much packaging was needed as the item was extremely thin and could fit within a normal-sized mailing envelope. It can be used indoors or outdoors but the latter leads to the color fading over time. I really liked the note left in the envelope as well as the hand-stamping showing the seller's logo. The seller also liked the note I sent to them during the ordering process. I am very satisfied!
