  Quality is great! The condition I received it in was a bit heartbreaking. The lid wasn’t packaged very well, so it ended up scratching up one side of my pot pretty bad BUT the seller was apologetic and very quick to refund what I asked. Price was great! Item was as described other than the scratches that happened during transport. Accidents happen and I am still perfectly pleased with my item and I would buy from this seller again without hesitation!

  Overall positive and seamless interaction with seller. Item arrived quickly and appears new. However, my only critique is that they are not necessarily "new with tags" as there was no original packaging from Costa (just the sticker on the lens). Otherwise, perfect condition and happy with the transaction. Thank you!
