  I can't understand why this was split into 2 shipments with one being a small box inside a box 10x larger and the other being a small box inside a padded envelope. Anyway, shipping was free so no big deal...just odd. Parts arrived in good shape!

  I don’t like giving negative feedback, and usually prefer to give no feedback when it’s not a five star review, but in this case I’m compelled. First, the label was created but the parts were not delivered to the post office. After a week I contacted the seller to ask what’s up. No response. After the part didn’t arrive after 10 days, I got ebay involved to ask for a refund. Voila, the parts were delivered to the post office. Needless to say they were late to me. Packaging was poor - bent gasket

  I received the product as described, but the product was missing two pieces at the end of the lock cylinder that I then had to go to the auto parts store to buy myself. The seller didn't offer to give back a partial refund- just said to send my vehicle info along with sending it back and they'd try to get me the right one. This is frustrating as I had to spend more money to have the product function properly and completely. After messaging the seller the other day, I haven't heard back.
