  Order above item it had arrived on time and perfect condition. Item was worth the price I paid and was well described as appeared in worded in details provided by seller. It was packed in bubble wrapped envelope to prevent future damage. The quality of pipe stems was good and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to replace broken pipe stems.

  All I can say is my item was poorly packaged. When I opened it the beads went flying all over. I ordered 20pc set and was only able to find 10. I notified the seller and was offered a partial refund not a replacement. They did address my issue very quickly and the money is going to the original payment method. I would have preferred a replacement. Refund, better than nothing.

  Great price for some really cool knife scales. Communication could not have been any better. The only reason I am giving three stars for shipping is because the post office sent them completely to the other side of the country from my address which in no way was the fault of the seller. Would recommend this seller to everyone and I am looking forward to doing more business in the future
