  Packaging good. USPS tracking stopped on 1st day. Checked after 18 days and was told package never reach post office. No answer on first couple of messages to seller Sender's address was from Illinois with USPS ground advantage ????AND NOT JERUSALEM, Israel as listed. The delay was due to USA post office ??? I give a neutral feed back because FRANKINCENSE from Jerusalem is really good. I hope seller can do better next time to improve the rate of 95.8 that NORMALLY MOST BUYER WOULD NOT TOUCH

  The quality is good but it took a long time to receive. I don't know what happened but the package just sat in limbo at a post office for a while but I finally got it.

  I guess they haven't learned how to read English had to drop the order they asked me to make an offer then they didn't read it they were going to ship me one bottle for almost one and a half times more than what one bottle cost. So I messaged him to make sure they are reading the offer correctly . So nothing worshiped nothing lost
