  Packaging good. USPS tracking stopped on 1st day. Checked after 18 days and was told package never reach post office. No answer on first couple of messages to seller Sender's address was from Illinois with USPS ground advantage ????AND NOT JERUSALEM, Israel as listed. The delay was due to USA post office ??? I give a neutral feed back because FRANKINCENSE from Jerusalem is really good. I hope seller can do better next time to improve the rate of 95.8 that NORMALLY MOST BUYER WOULD NOT TOUCH
