  The seller was VERY responsive and considerate of my needs. The package was prepared in a professional manner, shipped almost immediately and arrived sooner than expected in perfect condition as described. In addition, the price was below all other sellers’ for the same product which increased its value in my perspective. Thank you for selling a much-needed, low-priced tool in great condition!   Good product and price but the shipping was slow, spent 4 days in Oklahoma at 4 different places before leaving the state , 7 days after ordering it it arrived, in Ohio, other than that it great, not sure if the usps had a problem with the delivery or they are always that slow , no damage to the package or part, since I paid $10 for shipping it made it worse to wait that long, I’m sure UPS would have been quicker at the same price , would recommend seller, hope for better shipping though

  Im sorry to hear that it seemed to take so long to arrive. This item was purchased on a Saturday evening, and was in the hands of the USPS on Monday - the very 1st day I could have possibly shipped it. It took 5 days to arrive at your address, which is pretty standard for USPS these days. I have seen the USPS do FAR worse than your package. I would send you a link to the USPS feedback page, so your concerns can be addressed, but since they dont have such a thing, do I get the brunt instead?
